any one who diagnosed with sugar desease (diabetes). no need to worry about it.There are so many remedies which control your sugar level.but i request the people who affect by diabetes, that they must change their life style ,mainly their eating habbits from the first day itself. They mainly concentrate about their obesity.In India especially in tamilnadu there are so many herbals which help to control diabetes. as a diabetic patient i used to control my glucose level by doing kapalpathi in empty stomach and some yoga poses also i am very strict in my diet and keeping my mind happy .but i request all the people who read this message ,they must consult their doctor under his decision they follow this.
